Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sweet Smoke and Vape markets and arranges Disposable Vapes, Vape Juice, Glass Pipes, Vape Mods, Vape Accessories. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Sweet Smoke and Vape's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
